In order to receive the special group rates that have been made available for JFK Lancer Productions & Publications, you have to be registered for the JFK Lancer Conference by April 15th, 2013. After this date your room hold will be released.

• Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.; checkout time is 1:00 p.m. Guests arriving prior to 3:00 p.m. will be able to store their luggage until rooms become available. Likewise, guests departing after 1:00 p.m. should arrange to store their luggage with the Hotel bell staff.

• For any dates requested outside of this specific group block, the guest will be quoted the best prevailing rates for individuals at that time.

• A charge of $20.00 per day will be added over and above the double occupancy rate for each additional person sharing a guestroom. Children 18 years and younger may share the same room with their parents at no additional charge as long as the number of occupants in the room does not exceed four (4).

• If a guest fails to arrive on their original confirmed arrival date that reservation is considered a “no show” and will be charged for one night’s stay, the reservation is then automatically cancelled. Should they arrive later, The Adolphus may be able to provide accommodation at our current rates based on availability.

• Should a guest depart prior to the originally confirmed date of departure, a $100.00 fee will be assessed to the guest’s account. Guests are able to amend their departure date at check-in without incurring any early departure fees.

• PARKING The Adolphus offers covered, valet parking for overnight guests at a rate of $24.00 per day, and includes in/out privileges. A special day rate of $18.00 (no in/out privileges) is extended to attendees without room accommodations.
